HSL C801X One lock - three security levels

The HSL C801X lock was specially developed for high security environments in correctional facilities, police stations, forensic psychiatries and the military. Maximum flexibility - the modular system enables variable installation types and is compatible with existing solutions from Chubb®.

The lock can be ordered with three different locking options: MK1 (night shift - double action), MK2 (four-eye principle) or MK3 (single action).

With the MK1 and MK2 locking options, the HSL C801X lock also enables a second locking process using a master key. With locking option MK1, the master key can activate the night shift (double action) with the second locking operation (and thus deactivate the guard key) or retract the deadbolt completely after turning the key twice.

With locking option MK2, the master key can activate the four-eye principle with the second locking operation, but unlike locking option MK1, it cannot retract the deadbolt itself.

The lock supports a master/group key function that enables the master key to lock up to 18 different subgroups. Each subgroup has its own group key.

• Solid, interchangeable stainless steel faceplate - optionally for timber or metal doors
• Extremely robust 20 mm stainless steel bolt, officially tested up to 50 kN transom shear force, Saw protection available
• 50 mm stainless steel key guide, optionally with smoke protection, optionally with rain protection, extendable for any door thickness, optionally with square front panel
• HSL double-bit locking mechanism made of special bronze, maintenance- and spring-free
