DETENTION DOORS

WITHOUT DOOR ADJUSTMENT - The new modular lock system HSL-C enables the replacement of old detention locks with modern high-security locks within a few minutes. Conversion work on the detention room doors is not necessary. STUV provides you with the new detention room lock in exactly the same case dimensions as your existing old locks - as mortise lock and screw-on lock variants.

PASS DOORS

MINOR DOOR ADJUSTMENT - It is also possible to easily replace the old locks of passage doors with new HSL-C locks. With new passage door locks, the key guides on both sides are mounted on a shaft. Therefore, an additional through-hole may be required on one side. This can be done, for example, with a magnetic core drilling machine. The upper through-hole is securely closed with a blind rosette.

  • In case of key loss or change of key: 9-fold recodable locking mechanism, recodable as often as required, without tools in five seconds per lock
  • Double-bit tumbler locking mechanism with seven tumblers fully integrated in the lock housing and protected against manipulation
  • unpickable, springless tumblers made of wear-resistant special bronze alloy with 35,000,000 possible codings
  • Very high protection against visual key duplication (Pretoria model)
  • Forend, striking plate, lock case and all functional parts made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel

ON-SITE REPLACEMENT SERVICE

We take care of the replacement of the existing locks for you and thus ensure a smooth installation of the new locks with a 100% functional guarantee.

OPTIONAL FULL-SERVICE OPERATING CONCEPT

We only charge you once for the pure working time of the replacement. For the new HSL-C lock including full service package, you only pay a small monthly fee.

LETTER OF PROTECTION

Our all-risk protection cover for maximum cost control and the greatest possible operational security: We deposit at least 10% replacement locks with you, you have the full manufacturer's warranty during the contract period and do not pay any repair costs for locks during the contract period, regardless of the reason (e.g. sabotage, manipulation, third-party intervention, incorrect operation).

ON-SITE PROTECTION LETTER

Ideal for facilities that do not have their own service technician or want additional redundancy to ensure smooth operation. Within 3 working days at the latest, we will come to you to change a lock. To be on the safe side, we also deposit at least 10% replacement locks at your premises.
