STUV 4D-Report

If a material does not meet our requirements during an inspection in the incoming goods department, it is not released for production and is blocked. If this measure significantly disrupts the production process, we complain about the material to the supplier. This is done via a form, the 4D report. In this form, STUV Quality Management demands suitable measures from the supplier concerned to eliminate the defects in the material or to prevent them in the future. In the 4D report, the supplier documents, for example, immediate measures, determination of the cause of the defect and corrections.
