Functional description
The heart of every STUV access control and HSL door control system is the door control server. It is a Windows industrial PC including a pre-installed SQL database server. The database server establishes the connection between the devices (locks) and the database by means of the BUS (TZ 853) or PLC (TZ 854) line control units and centrally manages the device data. The door control server is also used to install possible further interfaces to higher-level building management systems (TS 831) by means of RS-232 BMS interface separators (TS 810) or via the access control management interface (ZK 710) directly with the STUV access control management operating unit (ZK 700) via TCP/IP (Ethernet).
